Please take a moment to read and understand our booking policy, which is designed to ensure a safe and professional experience for all clients. Booking Confirmation All bookings require prior confirmation. By booking a treatment or service with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. A cancellation made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a £10 charge. No-shows will be charged the full price of the treatment or massage. Before your first treatment or service, you are required to inform of any reasons, medicalw or otherwise, why your booking may or may not be suitable for you. Attendance is your binding agreement & you release Anavrin, all connected people & business from any legal and public liability. You accept your health is solely your responsibility.
